We have a weekend part-time entry level position available for a Customer Service Assistant. Two days a week from 9am - 5pm Saturday and Sunday. Must have good customer service sales skills and not be overwhelmed dealing with difficult customers. Two weeks of training is required Monday to Friday, we are willing to work with your schedule. Will be paid $60 cash at end of each shift.
Skills You must Possess:
- Clear communication skills (Get to the problem quickly)
- Patience (Great service beats fast service)
- Attentiveness (Really listen to the customers)
- Bilingual ( English and Spanish)
- Acting Skills (Some customers you'll never be able to make happy, so you must have those basic acting skills necessary to maintain their usual persona in spite of dealing with people who may be just plain rude)
-Sales (Most calls will be from customers wanting new services, so you must persuade them that this is the correct service for them)
-Tenacity (Great work ethic and willingness to go above and beyond. This is the main one I look for. I give all my employees bonuses based on how much effort they put in, so come in with a positive attitude, new ideas, make sales and hit our daily goals and you will receive cash bonuses)
