We are looking for someone who is experienced in the following:
Bookkeeping
Filing
Organization
Manage Accounts Payable
Maintain General Ledger Accounts
Strong understanding of Accounting Principles (GAAP and double entry bookkeeping)
Familiar with Financial Concepts and their Applications
Attention to Detail is Very Important
Great Customer Service
We require proficiency in computers when using Excel, Sage 50, online systems, and all data entry.
Must be able to multi-task, work in a fast paced environment and portray strong communication skills in Spanish and English.
Job hours are Monday through Friday from 8am-5pm, and weekends as needed.
