We’re growing in East Texas and looking for reliable, hardworking team members to join our crew.
No experience? No problem. We’ll train the right people with the right mindset.
What You’ll Do:
-Work with power tools, hand tools, and equipment (forklifts, jackhammers, survey gear, etc.)
-Help build and install playgrounds, shade structures, and site features
-Load/unload tools and materials
-Assist with site prep, tear-down, and setup of safety barriers
-Follow direction from the crew lead and work as part of a tight-knit team
What We’re Looking For:
-Valid driver’s license (must have reliable transportation)
-Able to work outdoors in all weather (heat, rain, cold—playgrounds don’t install themselves)
-Strong work ethic, good attitude, and attention to detail
-OSHA-10 certified (or willing to get certified, we will provide)
-High school diploma or equivalent (trade experience a plus)
