The Position: Bathroom Remodeling Installer
The Company:
We are the premier Bathroom Remodeling company in the greater Tyler region, specializing in fast turnaround, full-service, bathroom remodeling. Although we routinely remodel entire bathrooms, our model centers around patented and proprietary acrylic wall systems, replacement tubs, and shower bases. Our business area encompasses 12 counties centered in The East Texas area .
Function:
The typical job involves the demolition of a current tub or shower base and tile walls, followed by installation of new tub and shower base, acrylic wall panels, and installing new trim.
Other jobs require extended services such as installation of tile or vinyl flooring, installing vanity cabinets, faucets, mirrors, lighting, wainscoting, and re-setting commodes. We have Master Plumbers on staff for advanced plumbing requirements.

The successful candidate will possess the following traits and capabilities:
An insatiable desire and ability to produce a high quality end-product for our clients, and achieve top shelf quality ratings by those same customers for speed, detail orientation, quality, and service.
Several years of successful bathroom remodeling experience, including experience preferably with acrylic products. Typically trim carpenters, cabinet makers, or other trades requiring specific cuts and detail orientation are successful in this position.
Demonstrable experience with light plumbing tasks, such as changing valves, renovating drains, moving water lines, replacing shut-off valves, and re-setting commodes.
Ability to arrive early at the clients and stay until the job has been done right (to the customer’s satisfaction).
Ability to focus on quality, including cutting in straight lines, paying attention to the small details of remodeling jobs, and making clients completely satisfied
A truck or van capable of towing a small box trailer used for transporting materials to the job site and hauling debris.
Clean cut, neat, dress appropriately, and have good personal habits.
A desire to learn new installation techniques, designed to increase the value of our remodels to clients, and increase our efficiency
Ability to occasionally work late or weekends to complete jobs in a timely fashion
Some experience desired with cabinets or vanity work, granite or other solid surface tops, sheetrock tape, bed, and texture, painting, and other tangible remodeling skills.
Compensation:
Our installers are well compensated, based on the completion of remodeling work during that time, and the quality ratings by customers. The right person will earn $65K to $100K +.
Location:
Our showroom and warehouse are located in Tyler. Job assignments will be anywhere in the 12 county area, but centered in the Tyler area.
Requirements:
If you are not detail oriented, focused on great quality, and cannot routinely make clients extremely satisfied with your work, please do not apply.
We are seeking career minded remodelers or construction professionals who are both willing to learn new techniques, and are looking for a stable, well-paying career.
We offer substantial training and a lucrative compensation programs for those willing to work inside of a process, keep a sharp eye on detail, make customers happy, and work hard.
Must have a pickup truck capable of towing a 12-14ft. trailer
INSTALLER COMPENSATION PROGRAM
All installers are paid 8% of the contract price of for the job they install.
Installers will move to 9% on your 3 year anniversary with the Company
Installers will be paid an additional 1% of the contract price for the job they install if the job is 25 – 49 miles one way from our warehouse. This will help to defer the cost of fuel.
Installers will be paid an additional 1% of the contract price for the job they install if the job is 50 -74 miles one way from our warehouse. This will cover the cost of fuel or the cost of a hotel room if you choose not to drive back and forth.
Installers will be paid an additional 1% of the contract price for the job they install if the job is 75 - 99 miles one way from our warehouse. This will cover the cost of fuel or the cost of a hotel room if you choose not to drive back and forth.
Installers will be paid an additional 1% of the contract price for the job they install if the job is 100+ miles one way from our warehouse. This will cover the cost of fuel or the cost of a hotel room if you choose not to drive back and forth.
Installers must return with a signed Customer completion form, the final payment or paperwork for payment. The Customer must be 100% satisfied in order for the job to be considered complete.
Installers are required to warrant their work for 90 days or blatant errors. Any call back due to installation problems will be at your expense and time. Any repairs due to negligence will be back charged to your compensation in the amount of the cost to remedy.
TOOL POLICY: If you are not supplying your own tools, you are required to inventory your tools, sign documents verifying the items and quantities and pricing. An automatic deduction will appear in your paycheck of $50 per pay period until the full costs of the tools are paid. At any time and for any reason that you leave the company, if you have turned in your tools and an inventory has been verified by your manager, on your next pay check you will receive a refund of your money paid to date for those tools as long as your inventory is 100%. A deduction from the total amount paid will be taken for any missing tool at the rate that is on the Inventory form you signed when your employment commenced.
