We are a rapidly growing investment company looking for a highly motivated, self sufficient salesperson who can seal the deal.
Our business is real estate and we need a dispositions person who can sell our properties quickly and effectively. If you are a realtor, great. If not, that is fine also.
We offer a pay structure that will allow you to make much more than a normal 6% commission on these deals than you would as a conventional realtor. You will be a part time, independent contractor so this means you will be able to make your own hours, set your own appointments etc.
But you will be paid by commission only so if you are looking for steady reliable pay, then we are not the right place for you.
However, if you are looking for some adventure, not working a 9-5, and the ability to make much more money than most people in the real estate business, then keep reading.
We operate all through the Tyler area and surrounding so you need to live in the area and be familiar with it. You must have reliable transportation, a smart phone, a computer, and be comfortable working in low cost housing areas.
