Looking for a mature, healthy, hard working grounds keeper for a large property. Excellent communication skills are required as you will be working closely with a property manager. We are looking for someone with a good work ethic, who is reliable and trustworthy. Must be a non smoker; no drugs or alcohol allowed on property. Must have your own reliable vehicle. Work includes but is not limited to:
1. use and maintenance of farm equipment
2. use and maintenance of farm vehicles (gator, mule, trailer and pick up truck)
3. mowing, weed eating, edging, garden maintenance, debris removal after storms
4. Burn pile, compost pile
5. Salt water pool maintenance is a plus, but not mandatory
6. light maintenance (fixing screens, moving outside furniture, repairing outside doors, maintaining chicken coops and the like)
All applicants will have a background check.
Starting salary based on experience, with 6 month probation period.
