Please do not apply if you oversleep, have court often, do not have a babysitter everyday, have to get rides to work later than our work day begins, experience flat tires every week, have to hold on to a cell phone all day, or will become an expert at your job with no need to learn or take advice after the first day. Must be able to talk and work at the same time. Must also remember to come back to work after lunch. Must not be easily offended. Must be able to look presentable in front of clients. Should not expect to receive gold stars for being on time. No drunks or druggies. When work is slow we fill hours with ranch work, fencing, & other odd jobs. English is the primary language on my job sites. Must be able to work safely and all day.

Starting pay with no experience $10 per hr. That goes up with attitude, ability, tools & experience level.
Overtime is paid after 40 hrs each week. Paid on Fridays. We take 30 minute lunches normally so bring it with you.
You will be a 1099 sub contractor and be required to fill out the necessary paper work.
