Position Summary: Assist in upkeep of the property in conjunction with the maintenance staff. Duties and responsibilities: prepare unit for occupancy, ensure property maintains a presentable outside appearance, assist in general maintenance work as requested, painting, pressure washing, etc. Assist Lead Maintenance as needed.
