Traveling Concession Manager

Hiring a Traveling Concession Manager for a local Concession Company. Must be able to pass a background check (minor offenses can be discussed), must have a valid Driver's License, and no substance abuse problems. Job duties include but are not limited to: Driving a box truck to and from events, setting up tents and cooking equipment, tearing down and setting up concession stand at events, cooking while maintaining a high quality of standards, serving food, dealing with customers in a positive manner, overseeing employees, making good use of time (no sitting around), cleaning the stand and keeping everything up to health code. MUST be willing to travel most weekends, hotels will be provided. MUST be a self motivator and love adventure, and MUST be trustworthy. MUST be able to travel out of state during the summer months and some months throughout the year. Pay is $18/hr plus tips with option for bonuses. Serious inquiries only! Will be a W9 employee
