Review projects for errors and areas of improvement throughout project creation and make corrections as needed

Ensure projects are assigned to the correct operations center (GOC/NOC, based on project restrictions) and correlating deliverable supervisors

Ensure that folder locations in the project SharePoint site and Bluebeam have been created via automatic processes and fixes errors if needed

Update ECT (Engineering Collaboration Tool) with task due dates provided by Engineering Coordinators

Manage Queue Notifications daily and timely

Follow up on 5 to 10 Day Look Ahead Report to help Deliverables meet assigned timelines

Close out and archive projects with supporting documentation

You will make an impact with these qualifications:Basic Qualifications:

High School Diploma or state-recognized GED

2+ years of administrative experience and organizational skills within construction, engineering, mechanical, electrical, low voltage, or similar technical industries

2+ years of experience in queue management and collaborating with cross functional teams

1+ years of experience with BookIT, SAP and/or ECT (Engineering Collaboration Tool)

Demonstrated proficiency with Microsoft Office suite and PC skills

Qualified candidates must be able to work in a hybrid (onsite/remote) work environment in the Greater Dallas/Ft. Worth Metro area

Must be 18 years of age

Legally authorized to work in the United States on a continual and permanent basis without company sponsorship

Preferred Qualifications:

Associate’s or bachelor's degree

4+ years of administrative experience and organizational skills within construction, engineering, mechanical/electrical, low voltage, or similar technical industries

4+ years of experience in queue management and collaborating with cross functional teams

2+ years of experience with BookIT, SAP and/or ECT (Engineering Collaboration Tool)
