Get started! Requisition Summary Peterbilt Motors Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical professional to join our team as a Technical Warranty Analyst. This role will be responsible for managing technical reviews of warranty claims, ensuring customer satisfaction, and supporting continuous product improvements by interfacing with various departments. Here's what you will do in this role:

Analyze and process technical warranty claims.

Review, assist, and provide feedback for service documentation.

Conduct necessary investigation of warranty and field service information.

Communicate information related to the PACCAR vehicle product changes from Field Service and Engineering back to the warranty department.

Review claim information provided by dealers and, working independently or with the Supplier Recovery team, Engineering or Quality, to process claims per established guidelines.

Stay current on Field Service and Plant activities.

Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) and perform additional technical and administrative duties as assigned.

Demonstrate ability to identify, prioritize, analyze, and successfully resolve customers, dealers, and field service organization problems, giving a high priority to customer satisfaction.

Interfacing professionally and effectively with others (internal and external) in resolving warranty claims and/or issues.

You're going to need this to be successful:

Must be proficient in the following related services

Cab Systems (mechanical and electrical)

Chassis systems (mechanical and electrical)

Engine electronic diagnostic experience

Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, specifications, and engineering data

Ability to troubleshoot engine related problems along with the interface to truck electrical systems and powertrain components

3-5 years’ experience in at least one of the following areas preferred

Service Technician / Service Manager

Project Manager

Service Engineer

Education Bachelor’s Degree or Technical Certification required in the following areas: Engineering, Automotive General Description of Benefits As a U.S. PACCAR employee, you have a full range of benefit options including:
