Key Responsibilities:
- Managing end-to-end Projects and team management.
- Work with departmental heads, managers, and other stakeholders to develop team goals and delegate tasks to the appropriate team member
- Write project reports as necessary
- Knowledge of high-quality AR/VR/MR experiences.
- Maintaining the production pipeline and meeting deadlines.
- Working closely with the implementation and Content Developers.
- Setting the quality targets and bar for XR experiences on the projects
- Sharing knowledge and techniques across the team
- Mentoring team members.
- Excellent experience in managing projects.
- Experience in Unity Programming and 3D graphics-intensive application development.
- Understanding of advanced concepts related to C# programming, and the latest Visual Studio environment.
- Ability to create rapid prototypes of systems.
- Exposure to AWS Cloud.
- Codebase optimization and maintaining code in repositories as per organization policy.
- Work experience with Unity 3D
- Exposure to AR Core, AR Kit, and AR Foundation is an advantage.
- Understanding of creating cloud-based solutions is an advantage.
