Operations Manager

Job DescriptionA large local manufacturing organization is looking to hire an Operations Manager in Deer Park, TX. The operations manager will play a crucial role in strategic planning, demand management, quality control, and team leadership while overseeing the entire plant of roughly 40 employees. The ideal candidate will come from a hands-on manufacturing background and will be knowledgeable on basic maintenance. The Operations Manager will be responsible for managing overall workflow, setting priorities, managing customer supply & demand, and ensuring raw material is inventoried properly.
