Phoenix Transmission of Weatherford Texas is looking for a trainee for the position of Torque Converter Rebuilder.
Candidates should have some background in Machine work and/or welding with an emphasis on quality and safety.
Hours are from 7am to 5 pm Monday through Friday with an hour for lunch from 11:30-12:30. We are closed on weekends.
The job entails cleaning and machining of steel parts, fitment and welding and balancing of components. There is some heavy lifting required up to 50Lbs. Shop is well lit, heated and air conditioned.
