Position Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and hardworking Medical Supply Delivery Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering medical supplies to healthcare facilities and individuals in a timely and professional manner. This role requires physical strength to lift up to 40 lbs and involves driving a company vehicle to transport goods. The ideal candidate will have a valid driver’s license with a clean driving record, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent customer service.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver medical supplies to healthcare facilities, clinics, and home care patients on a scheduled basis.
Ensure all deliveries are completed safely and on time.
Load and unload medical supplies, ensuring proper handling of products.
Communicate effectively with customers, healthcare providers, and team members.
Maintain accurate delivery records and inventory logs.
Inspect company vehicle and supplies to ensure they are in good condition.
Adhere to all safety and traffic regulations while driving.
Assist in inventory management and restocking of supplies when necessary.
Provide excellent customer service and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Qualifications:
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks throughout the workday.
High school diploma or equivalent.
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
Previous delivery experience or knowledge of medical supply delivery is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Must be dependable, punctual, and reliable.
