Job description:
The Driver Relations & Safety Coordinator will manage all aspects of driver relations including but not limited to ensuring driver safety compliance, managing the new hire onboarding process, assisting with the invoicing process and assisting in managing all aspects of the Company’s daily operations.
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in the Transportation industry
Previous HR and/or invoicing experience a plus
Bilingual (Spanish) preferred but not required.

Responsibilities:
Perform the day-to-day administration of DOT regulated safety compliance functions.
Ensure driver compliance of Hours-of-Service regulations.
Review all driver logs to ensure compliance and accuracy.
Conduct new hire training and orientation and manage ongoing safety training for all drivers.
Sort and organize all invoicing documents and assist in preparing invoices.
Manage the vehicle maintenance schedule.
Assist the Operations Manager in managing all aspects of the daily operations.
Perform other administrative, office and safety related duties as needed.
