Our residential garage door technicians service, repair, and replace residential garage doors and openers. Every tech is trained in sales, installation, and repair to become certified.
Truck, tools, gas, uniform, materials, and parts are provided and housed at our 20,000SF warehouse.
You’ll be trained by our top performers and then get your own truck that has absolutely everything you need for 99% of the jobs we run into so that you don’t have to chase down parts.
Our service area is limited to Collin and Northern Dallas County.
Requirements:
-Positive attitude

-Personable with homeowners
-Experience working in extreme heat and cold
-Basic tool knowledge
-Pass a drug test and background check (no felonies)
-Clean driving record (3 years without a ticket)
-Valid Texas driver’s license
HOURS:
7:30am-6:00pm Monday - Friday. Most of our Certified Service Professional get done between 5:30 and 6:30 on weekdays.
7:30am-4:00pm every other Saturday. Most of our Certified Service Professionals get done between 4:00 and 4:30 on Saturdays.
7:00am Certified Service Professional Meetings on Thursday mornings (breakfast is provided).
As a service business, there are times where our Certified Service Professionals end up working later than usual to get all of their jobs for the day finished. Our Certified Service Professionals work an average of 65 hours per week and get paid good, honest money to serve our customers with top quality service, repairs, and installations.
PAY AND BENEFITS:
Our technicians average $65,000-$75,000+ during their first year. We have had Certified Service Professionals make over $80,000 during their first year by selling ethically and effectively, and meeting company and personal goals.
Monthly bonuses are based on a team goal as well as personal sales and are up to $2,000+.
Pay starts at $15.00/hr paid weekly with direct deposit option. Raises come after being hatched into your own truck, again once you pass the certification test, and then based on performance and tenure.
Lunches are scheduled for 1 hour during the week and are paid.
50% of medical and dental insurance is covered.

3% retirement matching after 1st year.
Vacation time increases with tenure up to 3 weeks per year.
