365 Custom Turf is your one-stop shop for commercial and residential artificial turf, hardscapes, pavers, and surfacing needs in the DFW metroplex. Turf projects can range from backyard putting greens, backyard lawn replacement, to full scale soccer, baseball, and football fields.
Job Opening: Project Manager
Our team is in search of a full-time project manager who will oversee multiple projects from start to finish, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. The ideal candidate for this position will be punctual, eager to learn, hardworking, and have an extremely positive attitude. Benefits include health insurance, PTO, salary pay, paid company trips.
Responsibilities:
Oversee subcontractors.
Supervise turf installation projects and manage materials and logistics.
Communicate and work closely with the administrative and management team.
Plan, order and schedule the materials needed for each project ahead of time.
Establish open communication lines with the customer for arrival and completion expectations.
Walk the job site with customer / subcontractors on the job start date, throughout the project, and upon completion.
Review and resolve all installation complaints/concerns with individual customers and subcontractors.
Review, organize, and resolve all warranty requests.
Report daily progress including photos and videos.
Update and organize Active Jobs Spreadsheet daily.
Requirements:
Previous experience in the construction industry is preferred.
Landscape, backyard project, or commercial Project Manager / Superintendent experience is a plus.
Must have driver’s license in good standing.
Insurable driving record required.
Bilingual is a plus.
Compensation:
· $65K-75K+ Salary depending on experience.
