Location: Greater DFW Metroplex

Compensation: TBD (Expected $100K+ for capable install crew)

Employment Type: Full-Time | 1099 Contract to Start | Potential W-2 After Proven Performance

Our company is seeking an experienced Lead Gutter Installer or a high-performing 2-person gutter installation crew to take on residential projects throughout the Dallas–Fort Worth area. This is a contract (1099) opportunity to start, with potential transition to W-2 employment after demonstrating consistent quality and reliability.

This opportunity is ideal for professionals who pride themselves on craftsmanship, technical precision, and consistent results. We work with a highly-patented, maintenance-free system designed to outperform traditional gutters—and we need talent that reflects that same standard.

What to Expect

- Full-time, year-round work—no slow seasons

- Install a proprietary, enclosed, one-piece gutter system

- All projects within the DFW metro—be home every night

- Lead and manage your own install schedule

- Strong management and project support

- Pay TBD based on performance and experience (expected $100K+)

Key Responsibilities

- Complete precision installations of our proprietary system

- Read gutter diagrams/surveys, layout specs, and interpret measurements accurately

- Install internal brackets every 24” for structural integrity

- Perform fascia installations (on occasion), sealing, and leveling with expert attention to detail

- Maintain clean, professional job sites

- Resolve field issues independently and efficiently

Ideal Team Profile

- Minimum 3 years of experience in gutter system installation (seamless or hooded systems)

- Proven experience working as a coordinated 2-person crew

- Physically capable of lifting 80+ lbs and working at heights

- Valid driver's license with clean record

- Legally able to work in the U.S.

- Personal tools required (box truck and brake a plus, but not mandatory)

What We Provide

- Reliable, high-volume job flow

- All materials supplied

- Weekly direct deposit (for 1099 teams)

- Hands-on training for the proprietary system

- Path to W-2 employment upon consistent performance

- Full back-office and project scheduling support

- Work that values precision, consistency, and professionalism
