Job Responsibilities:
Patch and paint walls
Basic plumbing and electrical repairs
Replace or repair fixtures, cabinets, and appliances
Clean and prepare units for new tenants
Ensure units are move-in ready
Requirements:
Proven handyman or maintenance experience
Must have own tools and transportation
Can work independently and meet deadlines
Detail-oriented and dependable
