People Source Staffing We are seeking a skilled and experienced Certified Commercial HVAC Service Technicians & Equipment Installers throughout the Fort Worth Area. Join our team and provide expertise with (HVAC) systems. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, exceptional problem-solving skills, and a commitment to delivering high-quality HVAC services to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform skilled work in the installation, maintenance and repair of HVAC equipment.

Perform preventative maintenance work on HVAC equipment; change filters, belts, clean coils and lubricate as necessary.

Take readings from pressure gauges, thermometers, and electrical meters to evaluate proper equipment operation.

Read and adhere to diagrams, blueprints, specifications and manuals for installation and repair of HVAC equipment.

Commission start-up and checkout of HVAC equipment.

Install electrical, electronic and pneumatic controls.

Perform brazing and soldering tasks as required for installation or repair of HVAC equipment

Perform regular vehicle maintenance checks and maintain a clean vehicle at all times.

Provide technical support to customers and/or technicians.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent; completion of an accredited HVAC apprenticeship program or vocational training is preferred.

5+ Years Verified experience as an HVAC Technician, demonstrating proficiency in installation, maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of HVAC systems.

Strong understanding of HVAC principles, including refrigeration cycles, air distribution, and thermal control.

Familiarity with a variety of HVAC equipment and systems, including split systems, packaged units, heat pumps, and more.

Knowledge of electrical systems, wiring diagrams, and schematics.

Proficiency in using HVAC diagnostic tools and equipment.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to diagnose and rectify HVAC system issues effectively.

Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members, clients, and contractors.

Physical ability to perform tasks that may involve lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.

EPA Universal Certification for handling refrigerants.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
