HVAC Office/Sales Assistant

Environmental Techniques Corporation, a trusted full-service mechanical contractor since 1977, is seeking a Sales/Office Assistant with experience in administrative support and/or dispatch to join our team.
This role helps supports both the sales and service departments and requires someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable managing multiple responsibilities in a fast-paced environment.
Key Qualifications:
Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail
Ability to multitask and prioritize work independently
Professional and courteous communication with leadership, peers, customers, and vendors
Self-motivated with the ability to work with minimal supervision
Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word
Experience with FieldEdge or ESC software preferred
Prior experience in HVAC and/or construction industry is a plus
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Assist in answer incoming phone calls and direct appropriately
Assist in print plans, prepare sales contracts, and maintain a weekly bid log
Assist in pull permits and schedule inspections for ongoing projects
Assist in managing the schedule of one service technician
Help generate repair estimates and order necessary equipment and components, as needed
Support the Office Manager with invoice and purchase order entry
Perform additional administrative duties as assigned
Position Details:
Type: Full-Time, Hourly
Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM
Occasional overtime may be required
Location: On-site in the Garland, Texas area
This is NOT a remote position
