The Hot Side Technician (Commercial Kitchen Equipment Field Service Technician) role will be performing service and maintenance of commercial restaurant equipment. This individual must also be presentable, as it is a customer facing role.
Working on:
Restaurants ovens, fryers, ranges and rotisseries.
Other Kitchen cooking equipment
Microwave and small kitchen equipment: slicers, blenders, and mixers a plus.
Requirements
High School Diploma and/or GED
2-3 years of food service equipment (Hot Side) repair
Can comprehend electrical schematics
Must be able to communicate effectively having a good etiquette.
Intermediate computer skills
Has legal authority to work in the United States
Can pass a drug screening.
Must have a valid driver's license and a clean driving record
