Job Summary:
The Garage Epoxy Floor Installer will be responsible for preparing and applying epoxy coatings to various garage and workshop floors, ensuring a smooth, durable, and visually appealing finish. This role requires an individual who is comfortable working with various tools and materials and can work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities:
Prepare and clean surfaces for epoxy application, including grinding, and patching as needed
Mix and apply epoxy coatings accurately, ensuring even coverage and a professional finish
Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently
Follow all company and industry safety standards
Maintain and clean equipment after use
Communicate effectively with clients to explain procedures, timelines, and maintenance tips
Perform quality checks on completed projects
Qualifications:
Experience: Epoxy floor installation or related construction/painting fields (preferred but not required) we will train you, if you have no experience…
Skills: Familiarity with epoxy products, surface preparation, and application techniques
Physical Requirements: Ability to lift heavy equipment, stand, kneel, and work on hands and knees for extended periods
License: Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
Other Requirements: Strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction
