We are seeking skilled Manual Machinists who are passionate about precision machining and creating high-quality parts. Key Responsibilities:

Operate manual machines such as lathes and milling machines to fabricate parts according to blueprints, drawings or specific instructions.

Set up machines by adjusting controls, tooling, and fixtures to ensure proper machining process.

Select appropriate cutting tools and materials based on job requirements.

Monitor machine operations to detect any issues or deviations from specifications; make necessary adjustments to maintain quality and efficiency.

Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety protocols and procedures.

Collaborate with team members and supervisors to prioritize tasks and meet production schedules.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Manual Machinist or similar role in a manufacturing or machining environment.

Proficiency in operating manual machines and understanding technical drawings and blueprints.

Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.

Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and as part of a team.

Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

Knowledge of safety standards and procedures related to machining operations.

High school diploma or equivalent; additional technical training or certifications are a plus
