Hourly Pay Rate: $20 per hour (depending on your experience) to start with a 90-day performance review.
Guaranteed 40 hours per week | Shift: 5 AM to 3:30 PM Mon-Thurs; Overtime shift when needed - Friday 5 AM to 1:30 PM
Payroll Cycle: Paid weekly | Direct Deposit Every Wednesday; once you go permanent, you will be paid every 2 weeks.

Company Description: Building luxury restroom trailers.
Required Experience: 12 months experience residential framing on a daily basis and able to read basic blueprints.
1. Reading and Interpreting Blueprints: Analyze architectural drawings and specifications to determine project requirements.Follow building codes and structural guidelines.
2. Measuring, Cutting, and Assembling Materials: Measure, mark, and cut lumber or metal framing materials to precise dimensions. Assemble framing components such as walls, floors, ceilings, and roofs.Use hand and power tools, including saws, hammers, drills, and nail guns.
3. Constructing Building Frameworks: Erect, align, and secure structures using nails, screws, bolts, and fasteners. Install and secure floor joists, wall studs, rafters, and trusses. Construct staircases, door and window frames, and other structural elements.
4. Ensuring Structural Integrity and Compliance: Inspect completed frames to ensure accuracy and stability. Make adjustments to align structures properly. Ensure compliance with local building codes and safety regulations.
5. Collaborating with Other Construction Professionals: Work alongside carpenters, contractors, and other tradespeople. Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate work.
6. Operating Tools and Equipment: Safely use a variety of tools such as saws, drills, levels, and measuring tapes. Operate heavy machinery when necessary, like forklifts and scaffolding.
7. Maintaining a Safe Work Environment: Follow Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) regulations. Wear protective gear, such as hard hats, gloves, and goggles. Ensure worksite cleanliness and safety at all times.
8. Repairing and Modifying Existing Frameworks: Replace or repair damaged or worn-out framing components. Modify structures as needed to accommodate design changes.
Qualifying Requirements
Basic framing carpentry knowledge.
Knowledge of various wood sizes and types.
Familiarity with metal trim and Nudo trim installation.
Experience in installing decking on metal frames.
Understanding of basic mathematical equations for layout and installation.
Knowledge of door installation procedures.
Attention to detail and precision cutting skills.
Proficiency in reading and understanding engineer drawings.
Ability to work with a variety of tools and equipment.
Has a can-do attitude.
