Drywall / Paint / Handyman
Looking for someone who has strong drywall skills. Rock/tape/float but also has experience in some of the other tasks listed below:
Basic knowledge of painting, doors, cabinets.
Commercial ceilings and flooring.
General carpentry.
Light plumbing and electrical.
Aluminum Commercial Entry Door repair and adjustments.
Some On Call /Evening/Weekend hours are required occasionally (possibly out of town).
Ability to clearly communicate in spoken and written form.
Maintain a professional manner with all residents, vendors, contractors and fellow employees.
Follow company policies.
Ability to lift, push and or pull 75+ pounds occasionally.
Valid Texas Driver's license with a good driving record (No DWI's within the past 6 years)
Must have dependable vehicle.
Excellent troubleshooting skills and willingness to learn.
Job type: full time, no 1099s
Clean criminal background (no felonies within the past 7 years).
Must provide resume.
