Job Description
We’re looking for an experienced Lead Installer to join our team. In this role, you’ll lead countertop installations, manage helpers, and ensure every project meets our quality and safety standards.
Responsibilities
Lead countertop installation projects (granite, quartz, marble).
Read and interpret templates and shop drawings.
Set seams, level countertops, and complete final polish.
Direct and train junior installers and helpers.
Operate installation tools and lifting equipment safely.
Communicate with customers and contractors on-site.
Maintain a clean, safe work environment.
Qualifications
3+ years of stone countertop installation experience.
Skilled in seam placement, sink cutouts, and backsplash install.
Ability to lift and maneuver heavy materials with equipment/team support.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
Strong leadership and communication skills.
