Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate the activities of construction workers on-site.
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a safe working environment.
Utilize construction management software to track project progress and manage resources effectively.
Conduct quality control inspections to ensure work meets specifications and standards.
Collaborate with project managers to assist in construction estimating and budgeting.
Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to guide project execution.
Utilize technology for project documentation and communication.
Provide training and mentorship to team members, promoting skill development.
Key Requirements:
Be willing to travel to different job sites in different counties and and cities
Proven experience in a supervisory role within the drywall industry.
Minimum 5 to 10 years of experience.
Strong knowledge of insulation and drywall installation techniques, materials, and tools.
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office Suites.
Authorized to work in the US legally
Proficiency in the use of iPad/ Tablet.
A possible work truck will be made available after preliminary discussions
Proficiency in ProcPlanswift takeoff software would be an asset
