Job Summary: We are seeking an experienced Construction Foreman to join our team. The Construction Foreman will be responsible for overseeing and managing construction projects from start to finish, ensuring that they are completed on time, within budget, and in accordance with safety regulations. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and the ability to effectively communicate with team members and clients.

Responsibilities:

- Supervise and manage construction projects, including coordinating labor, materials, and equipment

- Read and interpret project plans, blueprints, and schematics

- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and OSHA guidelines

- Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to meet deadlines

- Collaborate with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure successful project completion

- Conduct regular site inspections to identify potential issues or areas for improvement

- Maintain accurate project documentation, including daily logs, progress reports, and change orders

- Provide guidance and training to construction crew members

- Oversee quality control measures to ensure work meets established standards - Manage project budgets and track expenses

Qualifications:

- Proven experience as a Construction Foreman or similar role

- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, techniques, and materials

- Strong leadership abilities with the ability to effectively manage a diverse team

- Proficient in construction management software such as HeavyBid, Primavera, or similar programs

- Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members and clients

- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and other construction documents

- Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding construction plans

- Knowledge of safety regulations and OSHA guidelines

- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment
