Sr. and Jr. Commercial HVAC Service Technician
Jr pay rate, $28-35/hr
Sr pay rate, $45-50/hr
M-F day shift, on call rotation once every five weeks
Must have valid DL, clean driving record and able to pass drug test and background check
Temp to perm (480 hours), eligible for benefits day one of permanent placement

The ideal jr. tech candidate should have experience with the following HVAC equipment up to 25 tons and have a minimum of 3 years of commercial experience.
RTU’s up to 25 tons
Split Systems
Exhaust Fans
The ideal sr. tech candidate should have experience with the following HVAC equipment up to 25 tons and have a minimum of 5 years of commercial experience:
Chillers - air cooled, water cooled, and process
Cooling Towers
Pumps
Air Handlers
RTU’s up to 120 tons
Built up DX systems up to 120 tons
Split Systems
Crack units - Liebert
VFD's
VAV's
FPB's
Duct heaters
Pneumatic Controls
Exhaust Fans
The successful candidates should also be proficient in troubleshooting, repairing, and maintaining commercial HVAC systems. Customer oriented and able to work independently or in a team environment.
Commercial HVAC Technician Responsibilities:
Diagnose and repair commercial HVAC systems.
Conduct routine preventive maintenance on commercial HVAC systems.
Test and inspect HVAC systems for proper operation.
Troubleshoot and repair electrical, mechanical, and refrigeration components of HVAC systems.
Maintain records of all service calls and repairs.
