RESPONSIBILITIES:
Conduct thorough chimney inspections and cleanings for residential properties.
Identify and report issues such as structural integrity and safety hazards.
Provide recommendations for repairs and maintenance.
Provide an inspection report with photos.
REQUIREMENTS:
General liability insurance
Workers' compensation insurance preferred
Certification preferred (e.g., CSIA)
