Automotive technician’s looking for an opportunity to stay clean and stop busting your knuckles. If you are an ASE certified technician with good people skills and can work independently, we would like to talk to you. We are seeking applicants for automotive drive train customer assistance. Job duties would include, responding to customer's concerns regarding defective parts and products by phone and email, assisting automotive repair facilities in diagnosing, repairing, or replacing drive train components. The company will provide training, a cloud-based phone, and a personal computer. You must have reliable high-speed internet, this is a work from home position. Bilingual a plus, computer skills required, knowledge of All-data, Mitchel and Outlook. We offer 8-5 Monday thru Friday work week.
