Responsibilities:

Prepare vehicles for paint application by meticulously cleaning, sanding, masking, and priming surfaces.

Conduct thorough inspections to identify imperfections or areas requiring special attention prior to painting.

Adhere to standard operating procedures and safety protocols to maintain the quality and integrity of paint jobs.

Collaborate with the painting team to coordinate workflow and meet production deadlines.

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including proper disposal of hazardous materials and waste.

Requirements:

Previous experience as an Automotive Prep Technician or similar role in an automotive repair or painting setting.

Proficient in using sanding tools, masking materials, and other prep equipment.

Strong attention to detail and ability to identify defects or imperfections in vehicle surfaces.

Knowledge of painting techniques and materials is a plus.

Capable of working efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.

Strong communication and teamwork skills.

8 hour shift

Monday to Friday

10 hour shift
