We are seeking Apartment Maintenance Technicians to assist in the overall completion of apartment unit turnover, repairs, renovations, work orders, projects and on call emergencies within the property. The position will be directly responsible for carrying out all duties as assigned by Community Manager and Maintenance Mgr.
Schedule: Monday-Friday
Rate of Pay: $21-$27 per hour DOE
Qualifications:
Previous experience in apartment maintenance required.
Must be HVAC certified - preferred PTech experience.
Familiarity with maintenance tools and equipment.
Ability to handle physical workload.
Deadline and detail-oriented.
Responsibilities:
Complete work and repair orders in a timely fashion.
Estimate time and extent of repairs.
Perform routine preventive maintenance.
Maintain material and supply inventory.
Oversee work performed by outside contractors as necessary.
Maintain service logs and records as required.
Be always courteous and pleasant to residents and co-workers.
Work on projects as assigned by Lead Maintenance and Community Manager.
Other duties as assigned.
