WHO WE ARE?
National IT Pros, is dedicated to the installation and service of POS Point of Sales IDMB/ODMB Indoor and Outdoor Menu Boards for the past 20 years, at majors’ fast-food restaurant across the US
PURPOSE AND SCOPE:
Supports National IT Pros mission, vision, core values and customer service philosophy. Adheres to company policy requirements. The IT Field Service Technician will apply their technical ability, desire, knowledge, and experience to point of sale (POS) & back of house (BOH) maintenance, Install and support of indoor and outdoor menu boards
DUTIES / ACTIVITIES:
Responsible for driving the National IT Pros name and culture though values and customer service standards.
Accountable for outstanding customer service to all external and internal customers.
Develops and maintains effective relationships through effective and timely communication.
Takes initiative and action to respond, resolve and follow up regarding customer service issues with all customers in a timely manner.
PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
Install, troubleshoot, and repair POS BOH ODMB IDMB systems in a timely and professional manner
Job Consists of a five day work week with room for over time on emergency calls on weekends.
Perform preventive maintenance
Maintain records of all work performed and all parts used
Work shifts may include Saturday and/or Sunday
Operate in a safe and professional manner
Maintain your vehicle in working order
Ensure tools and equipment are in safe operating condition
Other duties as assigned.

Candidate must be able to work in busy restaurants with minimum disturbance to restaurant crew
Must be well groomed and wear NITP uniform while on jobs.
Have reliable transportation to travel to Sites within your area of coverage
Be able to travel by air, and stay for a period of 2 to 4 days at Job site (all travel will be covered by the Company
EDUCATION: High school diploma or better
Technical degree, including CompTIA, Microsoft will be a plus but not required
EXPERIENCE AND REQUIRED SKILLS
Ability to provide exemplary customer service and technical support
Technical School diploma or equivalent experience a plus, (flexibility exists if accompanied with desire to learn)
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
Background checks conducted
Experience with Point of Sale (POS)
Experience with Indoor and Outdoor digital signage (TV’s)
Able to trace, run, cut, and re-terminate Cat5 Cat6 Cable with RJ45 connectors
Able to run Video Cable such as HDMI, DP and DVI
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Ability to work a flexible schedule including overtime and on-call rotation
Physically able to climb ladders, lift and carry up to 40 lbs. and work in confined spaces
Self-motivated and the ability to work with minimal supervision
Prior experience in the restaurant industry is a plus
All training will be provided, and support over the phone is available 24/7 while you are performing any jobs
