We are looking for 3 to 4 strong outside sales closers to lead a small team of door-to-door sales reps locally in the Metroplex. Experience in Telecom/Internet/TV door to door sales is a must but will entertain an experienced door to door one call close specialist.
This is an unbelievable opportunity to make an uncapped income working part-time as an employee-based Development Manager. Earn $1000 to $2500 plus per week working less than 40 per week. Hourly pay is $18.50 to $20.50 per hour plus commissions, plus bonuses and overrides off of your team. Teams will consist of an average of 3 sales agents under your direction. With only 3 team members (DSR's) to manage you have the ability to make over $2500 weekly at top tier.
Job duties include daily team meetings, team building exercises, managing team in the field and individual support of team DSR's and end of day reporting. You will work alongside your team in the assigned the area, territory or Apartment complexes. We will be knocking "all doors" offering all lines of products and services. This is a great opportunity as you will have a potential sale at every door!
We are building a large team of DSR's, DM's and AM's in the DFW area and in other markets throughout the US. We have a new product launching soon and there will be an opportunity for not only an uncapped income but also the opportunity to grow into an Area or Market Manager in this area or other regions of the country!

The corporate office is in Frisco, but we will be conducting interviews at our new office near downtown close to Deep Ellum. Must be able to pass a background check and have reliable transportation. References could be requested depending on experience.
