STS Heavy Hauling is looking for a highly motivated and outgoing individual to help maintain our current business along with increasing our customer base.
Must be organized and and have a friendly personality and willing to make cold calls to potential new customers.
The person must also have basic knowledge of spreadsheets.
The position will require the individual to quote transportation cost of loads to the customers. This is mostly facilitated through email requests but may also be through text messages as well as phone calls. The individual must have basic knowledge of construction equipment such as cranes, dozers, wheel loaders, etc.
These requests typically start coming in around 7:00 AM and continue until 5:00 PM (sometimes later).
Response must be immediate in order to secure the business.
Work is done mostly remotely but there will be times when you will need to be in the office. This is typically when an office person is out on vacation or any other reason.
Pay is salary based plus commission with PTO. Health benefits are also available.
The sky is the limit on the amount of money the individual can make.
Job requires a clean driving record.
