Position Overview:
We’re seeking a driven and personable Sales Representative to join our team. This is an excellent opportunity to break into the B2B sales world, gain industry knowledge, and grow with a company that values hustle, curiosity, and customer service. You’ll work directly with restaurant owners, chefs, and procurement teams to help them find the right products for their operations.
What You'll Do: Learn our catalog of restaurant equipment, supplies, and services. Develop and maintain relationships with new and existing customers in the foodservice industry. Conduct outbound sales calls, emails, and occasional on-site visits to understand customer needs. Generate quotes and assist with order placement. Collaborate with our purchasing and fulfillment teams to ensure timely and accurate delivery. Stay up to date on industry trends and product knowledge. Maintain detailed records in our CRM system.
What We're Looking For: Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Professional, friendly, and customer-first mindset. Self-starter with a willingness to learn. Interest in the restaurant or hospitality industry. Ability to manage multiple tasks and stay organized. Previous experience in retail, foodservice, or customer service is a plus.
