Position Overview:

As a Roofing Project Manager / Sales Rep at Providential Roofing, you will play a crucial role in the sale, planning, executing, and completing roofing projects on time and within budget. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the project, from initial assessment to final inspection, while ensuring the highest quality standards are maintained throughout.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and manage roofing projects from inception to completion.

Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and subcontractors.

Procure materials and equipment necessary for project execution.

Monitor project progress and make adjustments as needed.

Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.

Manage project documentation and reporting.

Resolve any issues or challenges that may arise during the project.

Maintain excellent communication with all stakeholders.

Identify and cultivate new roofing and construction sales opportunities.

Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients.

Conduct sales presentations and prepare proposals.

Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a Roofing Project Manager or similar role in the construction industry.

Some knowledge of roofing systems and materials.

Excellent project management and organizational skills.

Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction documents.

Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

Problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Safety-conscious and committed to quality.

Proven sales experience in the roofing or construction industry.

Strong negotiation and presentation skills.

Results-driven and goal-oriented.

Self-motivated and able to work independently.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
