Role Overview:
Canvassing storm-affected areas to identify potential customers.
Knock on doors to generate leads
Booking appointments.
Document through roof & property inspections.
Guide homeowners through the insurance claim process.
Management:
Overseeing job sites to ensure projects are completed to high standards as promised to customer.
Coordinate with crews and subcontractors to maintain project timelines.
Promote self in the community and on social media.
Requirements:
Willingness to travel to storm-affected areas as needed.
Knocking on doors to book appointments & generate leads.
Self-motivated with a strong desire to succeed.
Providing roof equipment.
Perform detailed inspections around property & roofs using ladders safely.
Excellent communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
Compensation:
Commission only: 15% commission of the entire claim. (Experience Vets Only)
Draw against commission.
