We are seeking a Real Estate Sales Virtual Cold Caller to join our team! You will be cold calling 100+ homeowners daily offering cash to buy their distressed properties. You must be results-oriented, think strategically, and understand how to build a rapport with homeowners over the phone. Job Responsibilities:
Making outbound calls to distressed homeowners while providing exceptional customer service and support by utilizing strong verbal and written communication skills.
Vetting each homeowner out over the phone by asking a series of questions to determine if they're interested in selling.
Documenting and submitting all possible leads through a CRM system.
Communicating with lead manager of new leads entered in CRM system.
Must Have the ability to learn how to use a multi-line dialer and or a single dialer.
Must be able to attend weekly sales meeting via Zoom calls.

Pay: Starting out, for the first 90-Days, this will be 100% commission. After 90 days, you will be paid hourly plus a 10% commission split on every closed deal. (At minimum, we typically make $10k-$15k on each deal 2-3 times a month).
