I have an established global distribution network + over 5,000 past customers looking for preowned cosmetic lasers and accessories. The job involves calling medical spa's & doctor's offices that do treatments like laser hair removal and various other cosmetic procedures. What's GREAT about this sales call is you're the only one calling to purchase something. So you are actually calling to see if you can give them money. The calls are received well and there is not allot of competition. I have 2 other people in place currently and would like to have the 3rd starting 1 Monday the 20th.
Training
Joint calls can be made to establish an understanding of the task at hand. Nothing formal or time consuming.

Interview Process
Short Casual phone interview that will install some basic question and a more detailed description of the Job. Then a business casual face to face interview in McKinney TX.
Compensation
Guaranteed compensation is $15.00 per hour for 20 hours per week as a draw that is not recoverable by the employer. After the month is over you are paid $500 for each system that is purchased and great compensation for the accessories as well.
Example you found 3 devices that were sold in the month of May totaling $1,500. Accessories that are the easiest to source. $2000.00
$600 on Pay Period 1
$600 on Pay Period 2
Advanced $1,200 so your paid an additional $2,700 totaling $3,500
I have had past employees make over 100K once they get some experience and build a pipeline.
Weekly Overview
20 hours of calling and requesting prospective clients to e-mail or text in pictures if devices.
Once submitting device information and pictures getting back to the seller and discussing a price.
Submitting a short review of calls made and tasks that produce results being completed. A CRM and website will be launched soon and that will take the place of the report.
Ideal candidate
Preferable but not required college degree
Some past experience in sales success speaking on the phone
Ability to communicate concisely, clearly, and effectively
Someone hungry to make money on a completely flexible schedule of their choice
Someone looking to get some experience so they can get a job in the medical sales industry
People who have excelled in this position typically have had full time sales jobs in the past but are now looking for something part time perhaps due to kids or other obligations. Although this is a new start up company I have been in the medical device industry for 20 years and have had several small business just like this one.
