Summary:
Responsible for generating sales within an assigned territory by calling on prospective customers and soliciting an increased number of products or new products from current customers.
Duties and Responsibilities:
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty and responsibility satisfactorily. The duties and responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
Builds on-going and strong relationships at all levels of management for all assigned stores and looks for additional product sales opportunities
Develops potential and new customer accounts
Services existing customer accounts with exceptional service
Interacts with customers and answers product and purchasing questions, complaints, and concerns
Participates in regular sales calls with the internal management team and stays informed regarding internal sales strategies and company goals
Works with customers to resolve any customer billing issues
Completes necessary sales invoicing paperwork and makes deposits of any cash transactions
Updates shipping and receiving records based on sales for the day
Takes inventory and stock counts to update records based on sales for the day
Maintains a fully stocked vehicle ready for product sales
Ensures materials are sorted and arranged to promote efficient sales
Ensures supplies and orders are in good condition prior to leaving for sales calls
Promotes the sale of products within retail stores by:
Keeping adequate store back stock levels and providing shelf- restocking service when needed
Prompting store management to reorder when levels appear low
Selling and maintaining store displays
Maintaining store shelves by fronting and facing all sales packages
Removing damaged or freshness-dated products, tidying store shelves and providing optimum presentation of products

Previous sales experience or aptitude for salesmanship required
Clear driving record
Trustworthy; able to establish strong relationships with internal and external audiences
Superb customer service skills

Ability to work under minimal supervision
Excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills
Detail-oriented, organized and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced environment
Strong bilingual (Spanish) skills required

Education and Experience
High school or GED
Direct store sales experience
Ability to read, write and perform basic math functions
