Are you familiar with Hemp or Cannabis? Although we do not sell Cannabis, have a good understand of hemp and Cannabis will assist you in selling out products.

We are already a big success in the Smoke Shop, Head Shop, Vape Shop and CBD ship industry, so you just need to jump on board and make calls. We send emails to over 7000 stores and then on each email we create a list of what businesses have opened the email. The list is often about 2000 companies and then we divide that among the reps. Existing reps often have many of their regular customers to call so they don’t ask for more than 100 leads. New Sales Reps will get many more leads to call. In addition to our customer list and our email list, we also have a list of 18,000 businesses in our industry. We will also give you some leads off of that list as well.

We have a Commission schedule that starts at 15% on listed priced items. We will give you that schedule once you show that you are a viable candidate.

You will be successful if you are not pushy or rude in anyway. And at the same time, that you don’t talk too much about non business matters. When you are on a call, you need to treat it as it is the customer’s time that is being used not your time. Carry the intention to want to do your best for your customer and they will feel that. Our product is among the best in the industry as it is all grown in California where the most experienced growers do their thing. Many companies are not using real Flower and are selling sprayed flower. We will go into more detail about the product when we talk. The most important thing is that it is all tested and under .3% Delta 9 THCa which qualifies it as legal hemp.

Hi, I am the owner of the company and I want to share with you a success story. Previous to 2023 we were also selling Pipes, grinders and other smoke shop accessories. Then this new product came a long and I started approaching some of those pipe customers. One of them told me he would be happy to try. He first bought 1 pound divided in 4 Quarter pounds. He was surprised at how well he did and every few days he would reorder and slowly he was increasing his orders. Then he decided to open two more stores because our product was selling so good and then he also started selling some to other retailers. Now is buying about 10 pounds a week which translate to about $13,000 per week which equals $676,000 per year. Now, with the discount that I give him, you would make 10% commission if you were selling this customer and that is $67,000 profit in a year off of one customer.

I tell you, if you are the dedicated person who will make a job out of this, persevere and commit to make calls 6-8 hours per day and maybe 4 hours on Saturday if you have that time free, you will be very successful. Just think if you were to obtain 1 new purchasing customer every day. In a month you would have over 20 accounts. In a year you would have over 200 accounts. What I have seen with some of our reps is once they start getting the big checks, they begin not to work so hard because they are making more than they ever made before. I personally don’t believe in that as I believe in striking while the iron is hot. The Opportunity is ripe now and it’s better to work are hard as possible now, and enjoy the fruits later

Going to stores to sell: We recommend to first make calls and get a few accounts under your belt before you go and visit stores and meet buyers face to face. Our reps hardly ever visit stores. Think about how many potential customers can be called in the time it takes to drive to a store, meet with the buyer and drive back. Now if you have an appointment with a buyer who expresses their desire to purchase than it could be worth it. I actually make most of my sales texting on Whatsapp. I usually talk to the customer once or twice on the phone and then add them to Whatsapp and then politely talk to them there.
