Position Overview: As an Experienced B2B Outside Salesperson, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales and expanding our client base. You will be responsible for building and nurturing relationships with businesses, contractors, and property managers to promote our lighting solutions. This position offers the opportunity to work independently while being part of a dynamic team dedicated to excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

-Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the commercial sector.

-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

-Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase our lighting solutions.

-Collaborate with marketing and project management teams to align sales strategies with company goals.

-Prepare and present quotes, proposals, and contracts to clients.

-Attend networking events and industry trade shows to generate leads and promote brand awareness.

-Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify potential opportunities for growth.

-Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond.

Qualifications:

-Proven experience in B2B outside sales, preferably in the construction, lighting, or home improvement industries.

-Strong knowledge of sales techniques and strategies, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients.

-Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

-Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

-Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
