We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an Outside Sales and Service Representative in the DFW region. In this role you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities, managing existing accounts, and providing exceptional service to our customers.
Responsibilities:
Proactively prospect and cold-call potential customers to generate new business leads.
Following up on existing new account leads.
Conduct in-person meetings with customers to understand their needs and recommend products that best fit those needs.
Maintain strong relationships with existing customers and newly acquired customers through regular check-ins,
product demonstrations, and troubleshooting assistance.
Qualifications:
Some outside sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Ability to multitask; including managing multiple sales leads while servicing existing customers.
Live in a reasonable driving distance to Grapevine for a daily commute.
Bilingual applicants are a PLUS but not a must.
Mechanically inclined applicants would excel in this position.

Our company has successfully been in business since 1992. We sell and service pneumatic equipment used in manufacturing and construction. We are a smaller, family owned and operated company. We are open Monday - Friday 8AM and 5PM. NO WEEKENDS No HOLIDAYS.
The Position:
The position is salary “Not a Draw” plus a bonus/commission plan that is one of the most competitive in the industry. You would be based out of Grapevine and a company vehicle would be provided for work use.
