Position Overview:

This position requires a full-time commitment, with agents typically in the Virtual Call Center from 9:30 am to 6:30 pm Eastern, Monday through Friday, and Saturdays as needed to meet production requirements.

As a Telesales Life Insurance Agent, your role will involve engaging with potential clients, understanding their specific insurance needs, and providing customized final expense solutions. You will work remotely, handling sales calls, recommending suitable coverage options, and ensuring client satisfaction.

This is a captive 1099 position for licensed agents only, offering exceptional earning potential and the flexibility to build your business from anywhere.

Key Responsibilities:

· Assess clients’ insurance needs and recommend appropriate coverage options

· Collect client information accurately to match them with the best solutions

· Submit coverage requests to insurance carriers in a timely manner

· Stay updated on product knowledge and industry regulations

· Maintain compliance with all applicable insurance laws and company policies

· Must participate in all training sessions, use all provided materials, and be

· present in the Virtual Call Center while working

Qualifications and Skills:

· $3,000+ weekly average production for any 90-day period within the past six months

· Valid life insurance license in one or more states (multi-state licensing preferred)

· Proven experience in telesales and/or life insurance sales required

· Proficiency in using technology, including CRM tools and online applications

· Goal-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving financial success

· Excellent verbal communication and customer service skills

· Strong knowledge of final expense insurance plans

· Reliable computer, phone, and high-speed internet for remote work

· Availability to work regular business hours as outlined above
