Position: Experienced Sales Representative COLD CALLING PROS ONLY

Job Description:
You’ll be responsible for making 250 outbound calls per day to engage businesses, by getting them to place their past due invoices with our office for collection. This position offers a unique opportunity to leverage your sales expertise in a results-driven, yet supportive environment. Familiarity with Lariat CRM is a plus!
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct high-volume outbound sales calls, building rapport with business clients
Identify potential leads, research businesses, and offer tailored solutions
Negotiate payment terms and secure deals that satisfy both the client and customer
Maintain detailed records of interactions and sales progress in our CRM
Consistently meet and exceed monthly sales and collection targets
Work Schedule:
Monday to Thursday: 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Friday: 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
No nights, no holidays

Requirements:
2+ years of experience in sales or similar roles
Proven ability to close deals and meet sales targets
Strong negotiation skills with a persuasive phone presence

Experience in commercial collections or B2B sales is a plus
