We are currently looking for a CSR/Appointment Setter to work full time with our fast-paced growing company. Appliance knowledge is not required but is a plus. We are looking for someone who is energetic, has great communication skills, can make sure the customer understands the value of our service, a motivated self-starter who is great at multi-tasking and has a good work ethic. You must also be reliable.

Responsibilities:
-Schedule incoming calls
- Check voicemails and return calls.
- Answer phones in a timely manner and schedule service calls to meet service technician’s availability and location.
- Reschedule customers once parts come back in, per tech availability.
- Communicate with customers via phone, text, or email.
- Manage new service calls created by other schedulers.
- Provide customers with an ETA for their service call, in accordance with Company policy.
- Ensure daily that the technician’s routes flow smoothly
Qualifications:
-Must have a cell phone
-Must have good knowledge of DFW area
-Must have good communications skills
-Must have customer service experience
-Sales experience is a plus
